Why do you CrossFit? I do CrossFit to stay healthy.  I was never very competitive before I started CrossFit, but it has given me a competitive side.  It’s fun and challenging.

Why do you CrossFit? I CrossFit because I am a competitor and it provides a competitive nature similar to high school sports.  I enjoy pushing myself to the limit each day and finding out just what I am capable of.  No matter how hard I owrk, I will always have a weakness which presents an opportunity to get better.  Everyday brings a new challenge and you never know what it’s going to be.
